    ATTENTION: If you are applying to be adopted to the "APPLY TO ADOPT-A-FAMILY FOR CHRISTMAS" Program, fill the under it.

    If you are applying to the "FREE 2025 CHRISTMAS EVENT", fill the form under it. This specific event is open to the public, anyone can attend. Free admissions.

    NOTE: For all people applying to be the "adopt-a-family for Christmas", you are required to fill both forms on here. You must attend the Christmas event to receive your packaged gifts.
